SPMS Festival Band & Orchestra The 2008 Festival took place in Williamsburg, VA from Thursday, May 15 (leaving SPMS around 1:00pm) through Saturday, May 17 (returning to SPMS about 11:30pm). We are working on planning the 2009 Festival trip. NO decision has been made regarding the dates or location of the 2009 festival.
