Fundraiser
September 2008
You MUST register your child in order
to get prize credits from internet sales. When you register, you will be given a
seller # that is used to credit your child for any internet sales. If you have
already solicited sales and prize credits were not assigned, you can call
customer service at 1-877-525-5608. Give them the order # and your child's
seller # and they can assign the prize credits.
2. Do not collect tax, we are a tax exempt group.
3. Orders are due 9/24 and should be given to Mr. Norris or Mrs. Pitta. Students
should bring in an envelope with ONE check made out to SPMS Music Boosters and a
voucher that can be printed from the Innisbrook website which shows the amount
of money due. If you turn in an order early and wish to continue selling, you
can! You can add to your orders and send in an additional check for the
remaining balance that will show on your child's account.
4. If you have problems entering your order you can call customer service at
1-877-525-5608 from 8 AM to 11 PM for assistance. Otherwise you can send in your
order and I will enter it.
5. Delivery will be around Halloween, either just before or just after. We will
send out information on this as soon as possible.
Thank you to everyone who is supporting our Music Booster's by participating in
this fundraiser!

Fundraising is optional. If you prefer to pay for your student's
trips/activities directly, you do not need to participate in fundraising
activities. A portion of funds raised by students will be used by the
Boosters to purchase instruments. We appreciate your help in raising
these needed funds. |
